Vetrograph

A series of works exploring form and surface, an unusual practice for glassmakers. This work originates in a return to ceramic ideals from Anne's history. The use of enamels, metal leafs and colours all create their own reactions and story lines. Motifs of ladders and enclosed shapes come and go in Anne's storytelling. Each piece is planned on paper and then that paper is thrown away. As a result, the works become immediate and of that very moment.
